Why do some conversations spiral into drama while others stay calm and productive? In this episode, we explore what I call The Carolyn Bessette Method — a set of communication principles inspired by the quiet composure of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. Carolyn became known not only for her style but for the way she carried herself under constant public scrutiny. She rarely over-explained herself. She didn’t react emotionally to public speculation. And she maintained a calm presence even in difficult situations. That kind of composure offers a powerful lesson for relationships. In this episode, we walk through 10 rules for maintaining calm authority in conversations, including how to: • Stop over-explaining yourself • Correct misrepresentation without escalating • Refuse emotional bait • Speak in observations instead of accusations • Maintain dignity during difficult discussions Because the goal in communication isn’t to win an argument. It’s to maintain clarity, composure, and respect. Want to Go Deeper? There’s an old proverb that says: “Not my circus, not my monkeys.” But how often do we forget that in real life? In this episode, we explore the psychology behind why people hand off their emotional chaos to others—and why so many of us instinctively pick it up. From emotional contagion to the subtle ways drama spreads through conversations, this episode dives deeper into the awareness and boundaries needed to protect your peace. Because empathy doesn’t mean ownership. And caring about people doesn’t mean carrying their chaos. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is recognize what belongs to you… and what doesn’t. This conversation is part of the Leave the Drama at the Door philosophy—a series about learning how to observe patterns, trust your instincts, and stop absorbing emotional drama that was never yours to carry. If this resonates with you, you may also be ready for the next step: learning how to say no without guilt. ✨ The DARE TO SAY NO program teaches you practical boundary-setting skills so you can stop overextending yourself and start protecting your time and energy. Learn more here: glitteru.com/theshop For only $22, you’ll discover how to confidently say no, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim your peace. Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is a single word: No.

Episode 315 Hmmmm… Interesting | The Power of Not Reacting
Saturday Mar 07, 2026
Saturday Mar 07, 2026
In this episode, we continue the Leave the Drama at the Door philosophy by talking about something simple — but incredibly powerful: The ability to not react. After the last few episodes exploring intuition, hidden drama, and raising your standards, this conversation focuses on what happens when drama actually shows up in your real life. Because the truth is… drama rarely announces itself. It usually appears disguised as: • gossip • concern • venting • or someone pulling you into a conversation that has nothing to do with your growth. So how do you respond without escalating the situation? One powerful response is simply: “Hmmmm… interesting.” In this episode we explore how learning to observe instead of react can protect your peace, strengthen your boundaries, and change the environments you allow around you. You’ll hear real-life examples about recognizing patterns of drama, noticing hypocrisy, and learning to respond with awareness rather than emotional energy. Because the women who move differently understand something important: Peace isn’t accidental. Peace is protected. And sometimes the most powerful response is simply noticing the behavior and choosing not to participate. In this episode we talk about: • Trusting your intuition when something feels off • Recognizing how drama recruits an audience • Why reacting emotionally feeds chaotic environments • The power of observation instead of confrontation • Protecting your peace without escalating conflict Key Takeaway When drama shows up, you don’t have to argue, explain, or participate. Sometimes the strongest response is simply: “Hmmmm… interesting.” And then moving forward with your standards intact. Episode 314: Leave the Drama at the Door | The Standard (Part 3)
Friday Mar 06, 2026
Friday Mar 06, 2026
In the final episode of the Leave the Drama at the Door series, we bring everything together. In Part 1, we talked about trusting the icky feeling when something feels off. In Part 2, we explored the hidden ways drama circulates through conversations and environments. Now the real question becomes: What does it actually look like to leave the drama at the door? In this episode we talk about protecting your energy, choosing your environments intentionally, and learning how to care about people without carrying their chaos. You’ll learn: • why boundaries are essential for protecting your peace • how to recognize environments that drain your energy • why saying no is sometimes the most powerful thing you can do • how to create spaces in your life where drama simply isn’t welcome Because the truth is this: You don’t have to participate in every emotional storm around you. You can choose peace. You can choose alignment. And sometimes the most powerful decision you can make is simply to leave the drama at the door.

In Part 2 of the Leave the Drama at the Door series, we’re talking about something that might be uncomfortable to admit: Sometimes we participate in drama… without even realizing it. Drama isn’t always loud or explosive. Sometimes it looks like venting. Sometimes it looks like trying to fix someone else’s problems. Sometimes it looks like staying in conversations that leave you feeling drained. In this episode, we talk about the subtle ways drama circulates through relationships, workplaces, and everyday conversations — and why good people often get pulled into it. You’ll learn: • how drama quietly spreads through environments • why empathetic people accidentally fuel it • the difference between listening and absorbing • how to recognize when you’re stepping into energy that isn’t yours to carry Because protecting your peace isn’t about avoiding people. It’s about recognizing when something is no longer healthy for your energy. Part 3 of the series will bring everything together as we talk about what it really means to leave the drama at the door.

Episode 312: Trust the Icky Feeling | Leave the Drama at the Door (Part 1)
Friday Mar 06, 2026
Friday Mar 06, 2026
In this episode, I’m starting a new three-part series called Leave the Drama at the Door. Part 1 begins with something simple but powerful: learning to trust the signals your energy is giving you. Have you ever walked away from a conversation feeling drained… even though nothing dramatic happened? Maybe you felt a heaviness in the room. Maybe a conversation left you depleted. Maybe something just felt off. I call that the icky feeling. Over time, I’ve learned that those moments are not random. They’re information. Our bodies often recognize misalignment long before our minds are willing to admit it. In this episode we talk about: • why some conversations drain your energy • how emotional energy moves through environments • why empathetic people often absorb too much • and how learning to trust your internal signals can change the direction of your life Because the truth is this: You can care about people without carrying their chaos. This episode is the beginning of a larger conversation about boundaries, awareness, and protecting your peace. Stay tuned for Part 2 of the series: Drama Is Sneakier Than You Think.

Episode 311: Raise the Standard
Wednesday Mar 04, 2026
Wednesday Mar 04, 2026
Most women believe they are stuck because they lack motivation. The truth is simpler: they lack standards. In this episode, Heather Newman explains why raising your personal standard changes everything — from how you move, to how you think, to the direction of your life. Inside the GlitterU philosophy, transformation starts with four pillars: movement, discipline, self-respect, and expansion. If you’re ready to stop waiting for motivation and start creating momentum, this episode will shift how you approach your life. Raise the standard.

Episode 310 — You’ve Been Creating Your Life Longer Than You Think
Monday Mar 02, 2026
Monday Mar 02, 2026
This episode is about encouragement. Inspiration. And the truth behind what people like to call “manifestation” — without the noise or overcomplication. In Episode 310, I talk honestly about how we’ve been shaping our lives long before we ever had language for it. Through our thoughts. Our focus. Our patterns. Our willingness (or reluctance) to trust what we feel called to do. We talk about clarity, identity, privacy, impact, and why your influence has nothing to do with visibility — and everything to do with resonance. This is for the woman who feels the nudge to do more, say more, or become more… but is still waiting for permission. You don’t need louder strategies. You don’t need approval. You need honesty with yourself — and the courage to trust it. ✨ Bonus encouragement, resources, and private conversations live inside GlitterU 🔗 https://www.glitteru.com

Episode 309: Starting Again Without the Noise
Monday Mar 02, 2026
Monday Mar 02, 2026
Seven years ago, just before turning 50, I felt the pull to begin again.
There was no perfect plan. No certainty. Just an idea that wouldn’t leave me alone — and the decision to follow it anyway.
In Episode 309, I share what it really looks like to get unstuck, trust a quiet nudge, and build something slowly, with integrity and intention. We talk about age, reinvention, entrepreneurship, and why success doesn’t have to be loud to be real.
Today, my work reaches listeners and clients around the world — while honoring privacy, values, and sustainable growth.
If you’ve been feeling the nudge to begin again… or for the first time… this episode is for you.

Episode 307: this is how I live now, a new season
Friday Feb 27, 2026
Friday Feb 27, 2026
This episode is a real-time walk through the season I’m in right now. Life feels full. Emotional. Heavy in places. Expansive in others. And instead of pushing through or trying to “fix” myself, I’m living differently. In this episode, I talk about the foundational pieces that hold me when things feel like a lot: – the walk – the block – nervous system regulation – building foundation before intensity – why tone still matters (and how it fits now) – and what This Is How I Live Now actually looks like in real life I share how walking daily became my anchor, why I don’t skip foundation, and how Tone and THE VIBE support strength, regulation, and consistency without burnout. We also move into: – the meaning of THE VIBE inside of Tone (private school energy) – how I’m thinking and living differently in this season – my nighttime rituals and why sleep is sacred now – and the mindset shifts, sayings, and manifestations I use when life feels heavy This episode connects directly to: – the This Is How I Live Now guide + workbook – a new blog post on my night must-haves and rituals (all links are there) – and Session 2 inside THE VIBE (bonus content for Private School) If you’re craving a quieter, more intentional space, you’re also invited to HER Feed—our private, safe community off social media. episode 306: this is how I live now, the guide and the workbook let’s do it together
Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
This episode is not meant to be rushed. It’s not something to listen to while multitasking. It’s something to sit with. In this episode, I walk you through a practice I use — not as an idea or a concept, but as a way of living. For a long time, I knew what to do but couldn’t always sustain it. I knew the habits, the routines, the mindset work — but my body didn’t always cooperate. What I’ve learned through years of coaching, teaching, and living is that most of us don’t have an information problem. We have a capacity problem. When the nervous system is overloaded, you can’t outthink it. You can’t discipline your way out of it. And you can’t shame yourself into consistency. So I stopped trying to force change and started building structure that calms the body first. In this episode, you’ll hear: why stress doesn’t live in your thoughts — it lives in your nervous system why safety, not pressure, is the starting point for real change how tapping works as rhythmic, grounding input for the body the exact structure of the practice I use for body, life, and wealth why consistency comes from steadiness, not urgency This episode is the spoken companion to my 25-page guide, This Is How I Live Now — a calm, repeatable practice designed to be returned to, not rushed through. Calm isn’t passive. It’s preparatory. Links • Workbook: https://glitteru.com/theshop • Start here: https://www.glitteru.com/start • THE VIBE inside TONE: https://tonen10.com

episode 305: settle. A practice for coming home to your body.
Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
This is the first release of THE VIBE. In this episode, I’m sharing Settle — a short grounding practice designed to help your nervous system land before you do anything else. This isn’t about doing meditation “right.” It’s about creating enough internal safety for your body to exhale. Settle is the foundation. The place we arrive. The place everything else builds from. You can use this practice: before movement after a long day when your thoughts feel loud or anytime you need to come back into your body This practice is free, and it’s yours to return to whenever you need it.

episode 304: the vibe: why you can’t outthink a stressed body
Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
We love the idea of calm. We know grounding, breathwork, and meditation “work.” But most of us don’t slow down long enough to use them — especially when life feels full, loud, or overwhelming. In this episode, we talk about why real change can’t start in the mind alone. When the body is stressed, the brain, gut, emotions, and decision-making are all affected. And no amount of willpower fixes that. This is a conversation about starting from the inside — calming the nervous system first, so clarity, consistency, and movement can actually stick. Tune into episode 305 for a free clip of the vibe .
