Hey everyone! Welcome back to the Get Unstuck podcast. I’m Heather Newman, and I’m so excited you’re here today. For those of you who don’t know me, I’m your life and fitness coach, here to help women in the second half of life get unstuck, feel empowered, and create the life they love. I’ve been in the fitness world for over 33 years, and I’ve learned that sometimes, the best way forward is by letting go. So today, we’re diving into a topic I know resonates with so many of you: Letting Go: How Much of the Work We Do in the Second Half of Life is About Letting Go, and How It Can Be Liberating. But that’s not all—we’re also going to touch on something that can hold us back so much: Catastrophizing Stories. How opting out of those stories can actually help you focus on the future instead of being weighed down by the “what ifs.” And finally, we’ll explore how Developing a Healthy Relationship with Yourself leads to better relationships with others. So, if you’ve ever felt like you’re stuck in your story or holding onto something that no longer serves you, this episode is for you! Let’s get started.
