This episode is about encouragement. Inspiration. And the truth behind what people like to call “manifestation” — without the noise or overcomplication. In Episode 310, I talk honestly about how we’ve been shaping our lives long before we ever had language for it. Through our thoughts. Our focus. Our patterns. Our willingness (or reluctance) to trust what we feel called to do. We talk about clarity, identity, privacy, impact, and why your influence has nothing to do with visibility — and everything to do with resonance. This is for the woman who feels the nudge to do more, say more, or become more… but is still waiting for permission. You don’t need louder strategies. You don’t need approval. You need honesty with yourself — and the courage to trust it. ✨ Bonus encouragement, resources, and private conversations live inside GlitterU 🔗 https://www.glitteru.com

Seven years ago, just before turning 50, I felt the pull to begin again.
There was no perfect plan. No certainty. Just an idea that wouldn’t leave me alone — and the decision to follow it anyway.
In Episode 309, I share what it really looks like to get unstuck, trust a quiet nudge, and build something slowly, with integrity and intention. We talk about age, reinvention, entrepreneurship, and why success doesn’t have to be loud to be real.
Today, my work reaches listeners and clients around the world — while honoring privacy, values, and sustainable growth.
If you’ve been feeling the nudge to begin again… or for the first time… this episode is for you.

Seven years ago, I was about to turn 50—and I had an idea. It didn’t come with a perfect plan or loud confidence. It came with doubt, hesitation, and a quiet pull I couldn’t ignore. In this episode, I’m sharing the early days of starting again—what it really looks like to get unstuck, follow an idea before it makes sense, and build something slowly, with integrity and intention.

This episode is a real-time walk through the season I’m in right now. Life feels full. Emotional. Heavy in places. Expansive in others. And instead of pushing through or trying to “fix” myself, I’m living differently. In this episode, I talk about the foundational pieces that hold me when things feel like a lot: – the walk – the block – nervous system regulation – building foundation before intensity – why tone still matters (and how it fits now) – and what This Is How I Live Now actually looks like in real life I share how walking daily became my anchor, why I don’t skip foundation, and how Tone and THE VIBE support strength, regulation, and consistency without burnout. We also move into: – the meaning of THE VIBE inside of Tone (private school energy) – how I’m thinking and living differently in this season – my nighttime rituals and why sleep is sacred now – and the mindset shifts, sayings, and manifestations I use when life feels heavy This episode connects directly to: – the This Is How I Live Now guide + workbook – a new blog post on my night must-haves and rituals (all links are there) – and Session 2 inside THE VIBE (bonus content for Private School) If you’re craving a quieter, more intentional space, you’re also invited to HER Feed—our private, safe community off social media. No algorithms. No noise. Just support, grounding, and real connection. This episode is not meant to be rushed. It’s not something to listen to while multitasking. It’s something to sit with. In this episode, I walk you through a practice I use — not as an idea or a concept, but as a way of living. For a long time, I knew what to do but couldn’t always sustain it. I knew the habits, the routines, the mindset work — but my body didn’t always cooperate. What I’ve learned through years of coaching, teaching, and living is that most of us don’t have an information problem. We have a capacity problem. When the nervous system is overloaded, you can’t outthink it. You can’t discipline your way out of it. And you can’t shame yourself into consistency. So I stopped trying to force change and started building structure that calms the body first. In this episode, you’ll hear: why stress doesn’t live in your thoughts — it lives in your nervous system why safety, not pressure, is the starting point for real change how tapping works as rhythmic, grounding input for the body the exact structure of the practice I use for body, life, and wealth why consistency comes from steadiness, not urgency This episode is the spoken companion to my 25-page guide, This Is How I Live Now — a calm, repeatable practice designed to be returned to, not rushed through. Calm isn’t passive. It’s preparatory. Links • Workbook: https://glitteru.com/theshop • Start here: https://www.glitteru.com/start • THE VIBE inside TONE: https://tonen10.com

This is the first release of THE VIBE. In this episode, I’m sharing Settle — a short grounding practice designed to help your nervous system land before you do anything else. This isn’t about doing meditation “right.” It’s about creating enough internal safety for your body to exhale. Settle is the foundation. The place we arrive. The place everything else builds from. You can use this practice: before movement after a long day when your thoughts feel loud or anytime you need to come back into your body This practice is free, and it’s yours to return to whenever you need it.

We love the idea of calm. We know grounding, breathwork, and meditation “work.” But most of us don’t slow down long enough to use them — especially when life feels full, loud, or overwhelming. In this episode, we talk about why real change can’t start in the mind alone. When the body is stressed, the brain, gut, emotions, and decision-making are all affected. And no amount of willpower fixes that. This is a conversation about starting from the inside — calming the nervous system first, so clarity, consistency, and movement can actually stick. Tune into episode 305 for a free clip of the vibe .

In this episode, we talk about discernment, nervous system regulation, and boundaries in a loud, reactive world. Some of the loudest voices aren’t the most aligned—and learning to see clearly without needing to expose, defend, or explain is a powerful skill. This episode is for the woman who feels overwhelmed, overextended, or quietly exhausted from managing other people’s emotions, opinions, and expectations. We explore: Why boundaries are about self-trust, not control How to stay regulated when others are reactive What it means to become solid instead of hardened Knowing what you tolerate, engage with, and are unavailable for I also share why I created Dare to Say No — Boundary Reset, a self-led, on-demand reset designed to help you say no without spiraling, honor your limits without guilt, and stay steady even when others don’t like your decisions. This is about regulated power in real life. Not theory. Not hype. Practice.

Episode 302: You Don’t Need Motivation — You Need a Plan
Wednesday Feb 04, 2026
Wednesday Feb 04, 2026
If you keep waiting to feel ready, you’ll keep starting over. You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re just trying to run your life off emotions — and emotions change every five minutes. In this quick, straight-talk episode, Heather explains why motivation isn’t the answer and why structure (a simple plan you repeat) is what actually keeps women from falling off again and again. This is for the woman who feels flat, behind, or “off” right now. Nothing is wrong with you. You just need something steady to fall back on.

part 2 of the “stop starting over” series If motivation were the problem, you wouldn’t keep starting. But you do. Over and over again. In part two of the stop starting over series, we talk about the biggest misconception that keeps women stuck in the restart cycle — the belief that motivation is the missing piece. It isn’t. Motivation was never meant to carry real life. Structure is. In this episode, we break down: why motivation feels convincing but always fades what actually happens when emotional energy disappears why relying on willpower leads to burnout how structure replaces decision fatigue why the system failed — not you This episode is for women who are tired of blaming themselves and ready to build something steady instead. where to start Quiet tools and simple systems live at: → glitteru.com/start If walking is the easiest way for you to rebuild rhythm and consistency, THE WALK offers a simple, repeatable structure you can return to anytime. episode 300 — stop starting over. start building structure.
Thursday Jan 08, 2026
Thursday Jan 08, 2026
If you’ve already felt behind this year, this episode is for you. Most women don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because motivation was never meant to carry real life. In episode 300 — the first part of the stop starting over series — we draw a clear line in the sand. This is not a reset. This is not a push. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about building simple structure that holds you when life gets heavy. In this episode, we talk about: why “starting over” keeps repeating why relying on feelings leads to burnout what structure actually is (and what it isn’t) how deciding less creates consistency how to build a calm weekly rhythm you can return to If you’re done forcing motivation and ready to build something you can keep, you’re in the right place. Wednesday Jan 07, 2026
Wednesday Jan 07, 2026
January has a way of making people feel behind before the year has even started. In this short continuation of episode 298, we talk about why that feeling shows up, why motivation was never meant to carry real life, and why pressure often disguises itself as “starting over.” This episode is not a reset or a push. It’s a reminder that consistency comes from structure — not urgency. If January feels heavy, slow, or unclear, you’re not failing. You’re human. Stay with what works. Decide less. Let structure do the holding. Quiet tools and simple systems are always available at → glitteru.com/start consistency structure personal growth january mindset

Tuesday Jan 06, 2026
Tuesday Jan 06, 2026
It’s a new year — and instead of another motivation talk, this episode is a pause. In Episode 298, I share why I felt called to record this message now — not to push u, fix u, or hype u up — but to help u slow down and reset with clarity. We talk about why january feels heavy, why motivation fades, how too much noise creates pressure instead of progress, and why quiet structure is what actually supports consistency. This episode is for the woman who wants growth without burnout, structure without pressure, and a steadier way forward. No hustle. No hype. Just clarity. — new episodes every wednesday. listen anytime.
